What payments are accepted at Liberté?

We accept all major credits including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We also accept Afterpay, and are currently looking to expand our options so that you can buy how and when it suits you.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is at a flat rate of $10 (free for orders over $200), and will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. 

However, please be careful to read when your order contains preorder items; these will not be shipped immediately, and you will receive an email when it has been sent!

How long until my order is shipped?

All deliveries orders will be shipped within two-three business days; please note no orders will be sent on Saturday or Sunday.

How can I return my order?

Please read over the following steps to ensure your return is smoothly processed.

Before proceeding with our returns process, please ensure that all items meet the following conditions:

  • All items must be unworn, unmarked and must have all tags still attached. 
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the original parcel.
  • If the returning items are found to be damaged, marked, stained or show any signs of wear, the return will be denied.

Steps to Return:

  1. Please ensure that all products are placed back in the original packaging; any product without the original tags will be denied return. Additionally, the products must not have any signs of wear, so please take care when trying our products on.
  2. Send us an email via help@libertesydney.com requesting a return along with your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and RETURNING ITEMS. 
  3. After we receive your returns request, you will be sent a returns authorisation number, please include this number written down on your original order slip.
  4. Please send your return in a sealed parcel to PO BOX 3224, ST PAULS 2031 NSW. Please ensure that all returns parcels are accompanied with tracking. Any lost packages are the responsibility of the sender and carrier. 
  5. Once your return is approved, and all conditions have been met, we will refund your order through your chosen method.

How long do I have to return my order?

All returns will be accepted as long as they are received within 14 days of original delivery date.

Do you process exchanges?

Unfortunately not, we are only accepting returns at this time. If you would like to purchase an item in another size, colour etc, then please follow our returns process and then purchase the desired product.

Do you accept returns?

We will happily process refunds via the original payment method.

Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs, however, returns are easy and quick. Returns will only be accepted if all conditions are met.

How can I find my size?

To find the size which is most suitable for you, please use the size guide on the product page as a reference. Otherwise, feel free to get in touch with us at help@libertesydney.com and we will do our best to help guide you.

Can I get a product in a different color or size that is not listed?

If you are looking for one of our products however it is not listed in your preferred size or colour, please sign up to the waitlist found on the product page to be notified as soon as it is back in stock! Alternatively, send us a message on instagram @libertesydney to let us know what products you want to see back in stock.

How do I care for my purchased item?

Please find the care instructions for your piece of the inside of the item. 

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, you will have to follow the returns process in order to send your items back. As such, please be sure to check your order details before placing your order.

Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?

Please note that only one promotion code can be used on your order at once.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Australia:

Standard orders will arrive approximately 2-5 days from dispatch.
Express orders will arrive approximately 1-3 days from dispatch.

For international orders, arrival times vary by destination and exact dates cannot be estimated.

Can I track my order?

Yes of course, once our order has been shipped, we will send out a tracking link via email that allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you!

Do you ship internationally? If so, what are the costs?

Yes we do! International shipping comes at a flat rate cost of $30.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you have used the wrong delivery address in your order please get into contact with us at help@libertesydney.com or through instagram @libertesydney immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

In the case that your order has already been shipped, it is your responsibility as the buyer to get into contact with the carrier using your tracking information.

Do you offer gift cards?

If you are looking to purchase a gift card, please send us an email at help@libertesydney.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you have a physical store location?

Not at the moment! For now, we operate entirely online.

How can I stay updated on your new releases, sales, and other announcements?

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at help@libertesydney.com with photos of the product and a description of the issue. Once we have been notified, we will provide you with a free postage label to return the item and a new one can be offered (subject to availability).  

We thoroughly check all items before they are shipped out to ensure you receive your order in the best condition.

It is our intention here at Liberté Sydney to offer the highest service and quality to our amazing customers, so we will do our best to remedy any mistakes or faults and sincerely apologise for any faults.
